Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the date of purchase).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may contact us at:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Exception for Digital Content — Important Notice
Loss of right of withdrawal for digital content:
This product is digital content not supplied on a physical medium. In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 11 of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen, SFS 2005:59), the right of withdrawal is lost once the consumer has begun downloading or streaming the digital content — provided that:
- The consumer has given prior express consent to the immediate commencement of the performance of the contract; and
- The consumer has acknowledged that their right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
At the time of purchase, you are required to tick a checkbox confirming both of the above before completing the transaction. By checking this box, you confirm that you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal at the moment you begin downloading the PDF.
If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, do not begin downloading the course. Contact us at aetherstudio.net@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund without downloading.
